Scope
These Terms govern your use of our website and any services we provide pursuant to a separate agreement or statement of work.
Proposals & SOWs
Project details, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in written proposals or statements of work (SOWs). In case of conflict, the SOW controls.
Payments
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice or SOW. Late payments may pause work. Deposits are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified.
Client Responsibilities
Provide timely access to systems, data, and stakeholders; review deliverables promptly; and ensure you have rights to any materials you provide.
IP & Licensing
Unless otherwise agreed, you own final deliverables upon full payment. We retain rights to our pre‑existing tools, templates, and know‑how.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only as needed to provide or receive services.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Case studies are illustrative and not promises of results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the applicable services.
Governing Law
Maryland law governs these Terms, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
